Mit Hilfe des Scripts benno-supportinfo.sh können Sie die grundlegende Konfiguration des Systems zusammenfassen und uns verschlüsselt übermitteln. Sie können das Script direkt auf dem Benno MailArchiv System mit dem Kommando

wget https://wiki.benno-mailarchiv.de/tools/benno-supportinfo.sh

Download and then start with sudo sh benno-supportinfo.sh

Das Script erstellt ein temporäres Verzeichnis in /tmp und kopiert die Systemdaten in eine verschlüsselte data-Datei. Diese Datei können Sie dann an support@benno-mailarchiv.de schicken.
