Konfiguration der Journalregeln in Office 365

Melden sich sich auf der Seite https://www.office.com/ an.

In die Anwendung „Admin“ wechseln

Im linken Menü die Option „Alle Anzeigen auswählen“

Scroll down and select "Exchange" from the "Admin Center" menu

In the newly opened tab, select the "Journal rules" menu item in the "Compliance Management" section

First, an alternative mailbox must be set up for undeliverable journal reports before a journal rule can be defined

Here, an address can be selected via "Browse".

Now the journal rules can be created:

The journal rules are structured as follows:

**ACHTUNG!** Bei der Adresse der Journal Mailbox, darf es sich nicht um eine Exchange Online-Adresse handeln!!!
